Anyway... we are talking about what a jerkwad Columbus was. Did you know he cut off the Arawak Indians hands! Wait... I should cite that Page 9, A Young People's History of the United States. Are you satisfied, Nakada?
We are discussing if Columbus Day should be celebrated. Riley says yes, so we can teach people NOT TO CUT PEOPLE'S HANDS OFF! Okay, that last part was me, but she did want future people to know the true history of Columbus' turdiness.
Now is the writers workshop part of the class... People are taking finishing the Columbus reading questions, reading, AR testing. Fun Fact, I read 18 books this year already. Nerd power! Actually that's not my nerdiest quality... I also have an intense addiction to Star Trek. #Spockissexy
Christian just came into the room and told me he just went pee. Classy. *pauses so he can be 100% mortified*
